  Item that arrived was NOT what was listed. Listed item is an angel decoration that sits on top of Christmas tree. Item that was sent was a flat 2D photo of an angel printed on plastic, with some kind of burn marks on the back. To top it off, it arrived snapped in half. Seller offered to refund 20% of the cost - for a broken item that was not even what I ordered. What a joke!

  Harrassment begun via messages to leave 5 star feedback , and reasons why it would arrive later than expected as soon as purchase was complete . Tracking provided only said item has been picked off shelf at warehouse ready to be packaged and sent for 2 weeks , had to demand the package be sent or i would apply for refund and it magically got packaged and sent in 2 days .
