    I am putting neutral because of damage during shipping. The item description was correct, they have amazing customer service. And they ship item out really fast. The shipping cost is kind of high, but it's also a large weight item. The only damage to the item was the wire glasses on the goose. I'm not sure how they could of been damaged, the item was packaged good. But the main product is in good shape. I'll replace or make new glasses for it.
