Item took a while to arrive and I had to contact the seller to get the tracking reference, rather than them just attach it to the order as per normal eBay seller practice. When the time eventually arrived, I was pretty disappointed that they hadn't even packaged it properly, leading to one of the cables protruding from the packaging
