    The item arrived promptly and was exactly the same as it was in the photo. There was an issue, however, since the listing was mislabeled. Hence four stars. I received 2x2GB of RAM which is not what I need. The seller has been very kind and prompt through the return process! So I still recommend them for being so professional and prompt.

    Yeah. I read the top label on the box instead of reading the RAM sticks. This is my fault. I'm sorry that you had to deal with this but I wanted to thank you for still leaving a review. Your refund will be sent as soon as it arrives back.

Seller updated me frequently but bureaucracy won and the item never arrived. Selling and buying batteries has become a nightmare. That aside, buyer promptly refunded me.
