  Shipping was on time. The item was well packaged but the item itself was not secured within the packaging. The stripper used green foam used to thick fake flowers in a vase. Therefore, creating a lot of little particles covering the locomotive. The item was as described, however, the item had just a teeny mechanical problem. I looked at it and just fixed it.
