FedEx is an inferior delivery service that shouldn't be used by anyone. They delivered my package to the wrong house, then it appeared a few days later with no explanation. Not the sellers fault though, the actual item arrived as described.

I purchased two packages of spin brush replacement heads. The sent ones different than I ordered. I sent a message letting them know. They responded that the package was delivered. I sent back saying that I got them, but ask how I could get what I ordered. They ask me to send them back and they would refund my money. I ask for address. They said it is in the ad. I look and the only thing in the as was Troy, MI. I told them this. They sent back saying yes we are in Troy, MI Not worth the effort
