Got a full refund but I recommend you being careful in doing business with this person/company as his postage charges far out weigh what the price really is and his reply to me was incredibly rude on this point, but eBay did help me.

Beware this person. Threatened me with blackmail. Got a discount on price but questioned postal cost - postage/packaging/insurance. Suspect he only wanted a copy of engraving for his research. When he complained I immediately offered full refund (nothing to do with ebay). Ugly human being.
