  the item arrived late to me due to seller not totally understanding their own selling practices, how to obtain, submit and then post true/accurate tracking information. they are a drop shipper, who advertises items location and inventory as in stock, nearby. i wanted one as close to me as possible to get it quickly. item was not where it was listed, then they also use a 3rd party invoicing shipping system and provide their own confirmation info for tracking vs our info. it cant be tracked
