There was a shipping problem. FedEx gave the wrong shipping number and said it was delivered. But not my item, it was to DMV. I let the seller know the problem and they quickly found what happened. Then gave me the correct shipping number. I just got it today. Their customer service is excellent. I give them an A+ for being so quick to solve the problem. The product is of excellent quality. If I need anything else, I will buy again.

Read!!! Important! DO NOT BUY from this seller!!!! I purchased a controller for a walk in cooler project and noticed that no tracking information had been uploaded to EBay. I even asked the seller for an update. To my relief, I finally saw the seller uploaded it. The seller then told me that the item had been lost in a transit so I called FedEx. They said that it wasn't lost. It was delivered, but to an address in my hometown just not mine. Seller refunded. Shady practices. Beware.

Item was shipped in a timely manner and was in the original box and in excellent condition. This was an excellent value as it would have cost more to take my trimmer to be serviced or to buy a new one, especially when I only needed this one part. Excellent quality.
