    I ordered on Mon morning. Tracking no. issued on Tue morning with status "mailing label created". On Wed afternoon, the status is still unchanged so AusPost hadn't received the package yet. I needed it urgently, so I msg the seller to see if I can pick it up at their warehouse. The seller declined the pickup saying it has already been sent on Tue. The seller voluntarily cancelled the order and gave a full refund on Wed evening. Tracking showed Auspost only got it on Fri and delivered next Mon!

    What a box it was packed in. The courier made a good effort to wreck the carton and maybe customs as well. The aftercooler survived and arrived unscathed. Thank you. The item looks good and when compared to the old one it should be a significant improvement. Last the delivery was super fast. Good seller and excellent price.

    ? How do I rate this ,some positives some negatives = neutral, call it what you will! This purchase was for a ride on mower deck belt at a good price and it arrived within the postage time and looked verry good quality, sad to say it was the wrong length. Contacted seller through eBay and sent photo of new and old belts and incorrect number, after almost a week I was informed they did not have the correct belt and refunded me in full. These things do happen? but it is still listed?

    Took seller over a week to post and I was in contact often,explaining I was on the road waiting for it and if they could please send. Their communication was poor, hardly got back to me and customer service skills lacking- the way they treated me when I requested for them to send it was also poor. Then they didn't respond at all. Eventually I received it. Won't be using this seller again. Don't recommend this seller.
