Terrible experience. Items were not as described. Contacted seller and they initially offered refund if returned. It was over Easter so couldn’t return immediately as PO was closed for extended period. When I contacted seller again I was ignored. Eventually lodged a dispute and after weeks of back and forth I was offered a PARTIAL refund by eBay IF the item was returned in same condition as it was received and shipping was covered by me. Shipping would cost almost half of refund amount!

Myself and my carer checked multiple times to make sure they would fit and despite stretching out and tying up they just do not stay on. I cannot drive so can’t just return to post office. Would just like my money back at this point as the item is not as I expected and I can’t afford to lose that kind of moneyNo return!!!!
