Australia Post fail. Oil had leaked due to bad handling by Auspost in transit to the Burnside delivery centre.
Contacted RDO and they escalated to ausport, to find this information out. Auspost did not respond to emails or phone calls to find out the issue. RDO then resent 2 x oil stocks along with some merchandise via StarTrack and it arrived in less than 24 hours. while it took more than 7 business, RDO did a great thing that Auspost will not compensate for.
