It has a good quality feel about it, and looks like the advertisement. I have not used it as yet, as I am waiting for need after having an upcoming hip replacement, but it looks good quality and I can't see there being any issues once frozen, and in use. I would purchase again from this seller in future.

Apparently lost in transit by substandard postal service or customs. As soon as seller was made aware of this a replacement item was immediately dispatched and soon received. The initial loss of the item was beyond the sellers control and they immediately rectified the issue. They were very helpful and professional. I do recommend them and will deal with the business again.

- k***y (184)- Feedback left by buyer.Past 6 monthsVerified purchaseOnly 1 parcel arrived and no mention of when the second one was going to arrive, so I contacted the seller and was told it would be sent very soon only to be told when I next inquired that the two boxes left were broken so they could not send them so was then offered a refund, which I took but it was very slow in being processed and I eventually got an Email to say that it had now been processed. I don't know that I would recommend the seller as very reliable.

However my item arrived from NSW in Amazon wrapping. No complaints, just interesting that this was not obvious when purchasing item.
