    Ordered this set of filters, found that 1 was defective (missing cap on top and I had to open the bag to determine that) and leaking the filter material during shipping, seller won't take responsibility for sending a defective item and even insinuated I was trying to scam her! I initially asked for a replacement, NOT a refund! I've ended up only getting $5 back on this transaction. The seller has had a snarky attitude during the entire conversation! I will NEVER purchase from this seller again!

    Buyer was sent 3 factory sealed brand new filters. Buyer stated one was missing a lid, which would not be apparent in a sealed package. Buyer stated material was leaking during shipping, and yet pictures show pictures that were not the original packaging. The pictures the buyer sent were inconsistent with the pictures/items that I sent. Buyer was offered a refund for the unopened items. My communications with the buyer were professional and respectful.
