I received the light and it was broken. The box was fine but the light was broken. Water will go in the light and damage if I install it so the light is useless. I contacted the seller thinking it was an honest mistake and that he will make it right but the seller is denying it and is clearly running some sort of scam. He will sell you a broken item and tell you that he will file a claim and that you will need to wait. He will keep you waiting until you give up.

You just emailed us literally 3 hours ago that you claimed it was damaged. We kept you waiting 3 hours and you gave up??? We have to file a claim and asked you to be patient until we could resolve the issue with a claim which is standard. Your claims of waiting forever are very very odd to us as you messaged 8pm and we answered 11pm and on a Friday evening I should add. So your claims of waiting forever are very false.

Very hard to deal with...I made a mistake in ordering...not sure how but i did.....imeditaly called to cancel E Bay said it had not been shipped....he said it had.... after much haggling he agreed to take it back,with me paying shipping and to top it off a 35% restocking fee...at that point I was just going to keep it.....but called E bay got a very nice girl who worked with me to return this item....thank you Ebay.....shame on you Grace Auto Parts

The buyer was to pay a return shipping charge of 35% as it was past the required return date and buyer made a mistake. We understand mistakes happen but we unfortunately do incurr fees as well.
