Item was advertised/listed as lymphatic soothing but when I tried it, it had only power on/off, no adjustment. I contacted the seller who confirmed it had NO lymphatic uses, only as reminder for bad posture. They offered a partial refund After I had mailed it out. Now they will only refund me after THEY have received the item in China! Amazon and Temu refund the moment it is acknowledged received by the handler here in Au. EBay, you should up your game, this is not cool!
