Hi William, RedFOX Machinery apologies again for Australia Post delaying your delivery. We shipped your item the next day with all scans showing all the way through on Aust Post website, unfortunately not your eBay. We also opened a case with Aust Post after 10 days on your behalf and item arrived after 14 days. Unfortunately this was outside our control. If the item was lost we would happily have resent another item or refunded at our cost as we would prefer to have a happy customer.
