  6 purchases across years & I'll say experiences have been so-so; most recent galling. Advertised rare $170 Cycnoches with 4 pseudobulbs, sent one with 2, noted NOWHERE that image is only rough guide to what you get! Seller's communication often terrible & long-term health of some Cattleyas unpredictable due to inappropriate medium (probably from supplier, not them). Price/range great, service unreasonable. Reply: "send it back." $170 mature, rare plant, not seedling. Exert a modicum of effort.

  Plant was same size as advertised plant, 2 old pseudobulbs had been removed as they were past their prime and the plant sent had a big spray of buds. Said to send back and I would replace with non flowering plant like was displayed but turned down this option as wanted the plant with flowers. Just shows cant keep everyone happy
