    Seller posted a picture of a grey shirt with a description saying red. I like many others assumed the picture would represent the item. I sent a clear picture of the difference in what they showed and what was sent. They said the grey pic was red and don't know what to tell me. Then after a lot of back n forth of them not acknowledging any difference in the pics then offered I would need to pay for their shipping and mine and they would return. Very rude and dishonest seller in my experience.

    The pictures and description show and describe the shirt as red (while it is not super bright) it is clearly red, with multiple pictures including close up. We were offering a refund (we do not normally accept returns) and explained that if you wanted a refund you would have to cover shipping as we did nothing wrong in this transaction. We were not dishonest as the item shows a red shirt and describes a red shirt. We are sorry if you are unhappy we did try to resolve for you.
