Sadly it was not packed to prevent damage – the contents in the envelope rattled about when I shook it and there was no 'Delicate Contents' warning written on the envelope.   have bought a couple of refurbished They sell a range of refurbished items I can only comment on the two I have bought. The items arrived well packaged and within a week. Both items were accurately described. They had some very small scratches which you would expect. Both in excellent working order. Items come with a guarantee, which they will honour without quibbling. You can’t fault the customer service. They are very quick to respond to any questions. Highly recommend

  I cannot praise this seller highly enough, quickly dispatched with good communication, unfortunately Royal Mail put it through the wrong letter box so Ive never seen the item but Red Rock UK’s customer service has been amazing, after a little investigation by Red Rock which took hours not days, I was offered a refund or a replacement, I chose a refund and that was back in my bank within 12 hours, I’ve saved this seller to use again, well done guys and girls and thank you!
