  I couldn’t keep it through no fault of her own. (Computer I planned to use it with came with no power cord), and she understood, was apologetic and she tried to help me with the issue of the computer that wasn’t hers!!! Also very responsive and polite and extremely helpful. Fantastic seller, highly recommend and would buy again. A standard for all sellers to aim for.
