    Avoid this seller! They listed an iPad case as new but sent it in an opened and damaged box. Photos in the listing were misleading, showing a different, unopened box. Despite admitting the misrepresentation, they refused a partial refund and demanded I return the item, wasting more of my time. This seller is dishonest and untrustworthy. Save yourself the trouble—shop elsewhere!

    We offered a full refund and offered to pay for return shipping as well. Despite the box being damaged, the iPad case was perfectly functional and in good condition. If anyone feels as if their order was misrepresented, we will offer a full refund to them as well.
