    These pieces are of excellent quality. I chose this set because it was the lowest price I could find, so I wasn’t sure what to expect. I was pleasantly surprised—every piece looks exactly like the pictures, and they’re very solid, made of heavy metal. Shipping was fast, and the packaging was outstanding. The box had thick foam inserts, and each attachment was wrapped individually. I would definitely buy this set again and purchase from this seller again. A+

    This was advertised as new, yet the exoskeleton was sent in loose parts in a plastic bag with no instructions or information about the manufacturer. When I tried to return it because it didn't fit - I couldn't find out how to make it fit - it was declined. Ebay also declined to help. eBay seemed more interested in closing down the return request. I guess it's buyer beware.

    I need to follow-up and say that there was some missed communication that this seller did acknowledge and promptly issued a refund to make things right afterwards. I wish I could change the initial feedback to positive or neutral, but this follow up post is all I have.
