Proved correct - seamless process concluded within 3 days of sending key for repair, all via Royal Mail tracked delivery. Key returned in new replacement case, with circuit board replaced. Works like new, and better than at any time since I bought the car 4 yrs ago. About to send spare key off for the same treatment! Would definitely recommend.
