  After I made the purchase I received a email from sender to please contact them first if there was an issue and allow them the opportunity to correct it before leaving a negative review, I was comfortable with that and thought that’s fair. I received the item missing a battery, as they politely asked I contacted them first, and they issued a part refund, which was fair, they were great to engage with, I recommend anyone who has an issue do as they ask and allow them the opportunity to correct it
