Great service from the seller. I was delivered the wrong item and they helped get the correct one to me right away. On the second delivery, the package was lost by the postal service. Purchased 4 refurbished cameras from them and 1 wouldn't record out of the box! It came with a 2 year warranty! They didn't have any more refurbished models on my camera in stock so they made me pay an extra $15 to get sent a new one! The value just isn't there when you take into account that you need to pay extra to use the included warranty protection!

I like uniformity, and I have come to admire Reolink for their excellent quality products. These are a good Value especially on their sale prices. All of what I have purchased so far have arrived in great condition. The cams are being sold as refurbished, though the units I have received I cannot distinguish their Appearance from new other than maybe the packaging.
