  Ordered item, not realizing the control module wasn't included. (My fault). Seller reached out prior to shipping to verify if I needed it still. I replied, "no". Seller immediately cancelled and refunded. Great communication and service.

  repairs were done and returned promptly, the part works as it should, thank you. However, got an earful from the USPS mail carrier about the return package leaking fluid (in this case, brake fluid) through the box and soiling other packages and mail. The part was only contained in a zip lock bag with two paper towels to absorb fluids. The bag was not strong enough and had ripped and brake fluid leaked out through the carboard USPS box. Shipping issues aside, I would still recommend this vendor.

  Great service, works fine. I would suggest to anyone sending in an item to send notification that the part has shipped and will arrive on a specific date. My part was there for three days and didn't know it.

  Ordered item 6 weeks ago. Item listed as shipped after one week but tracking showed it had never left the seller. Reached out to seller and were told they could send out part the following day but ONLY if I removed my initial negative review. SHAMEFUL business ethics! Own the feedback consumers provide- perhaps learn from them and improve your quality of service. I again caution potential customers to AVOID REPAIRLABORATORY at all costs.

  Your order was delivered a MONTH AGO and you know it. USPS Tracking indicates it was delivered to your address and signed by you. Ebay has declined your false claim. No need to post false feedbacks. We do not tolerate any feedback extortion.

  Don't buy from RepairLabratory, they asked me a question like they wanted to help, I responded and I waited a few days for their response and never got one, then I went to return the item which was 2 days outside of the return period and they would no longer take it back!! I was only past the return period because I was waiting on their response! Shady business. I doubt I get my refund when I return a core..

  You had your 30 days to return the part! Ebay automatically declines returns out of 30 days! And looks like the part works fine. Feel free to return your core -- we will refund you the core deposit!
