    ALL items paid for arrived in EXCELLENT/ACCEPTABLE condition. HOWEVER, I am TOTALLY CONFOUNDEDED as to just HOW the seller arrived at the Total Cost I was charged. (There was ABSOLUTELY NO "per item price" displayed!!!) In addition, I find it VERY DIFFICULT to believe $25.00 is APPROPRIATE to ship ANY 7 oz pkg 2200 miles via USPS!!!! I REALLY DOUBT I will EVER "DO BUSINESS" with THIS seller again!!!!

    This buyer was issued a $30 refund on shipping charge. I combined three orders to ship together for $6 shipping charge. He was also issued a $23 refund for product shortage. He was notified with a message from me and he acknowledged it. I don't know why he is complaining now.

    Excellent seller, tow bar was just as pictured in Brand New Condition. Well packed and delivered timely. I'm only guessing but I'm fairly certain this is an original Smith Milleer part. If it's not, it certainly looks like one. Thank you
