  I ordered this violin for my 8-year old son, who is starting violin lessons. It arrived quickly and well packaged. I took it to the local violin shop to get it fixed up and they told me that it is a full-sized (4/4) violin, and not a 1/2 sized. I contacted the seller immediately. After a few days, they responded with an apology for the incorrect listing, gave me a full refund, and didn’t require me to ship back the violin. Great customer service.

  Purchase made as announced by seller. Circular Saw received well packed, without cutting blade. After notifying seller, he offered to issue a partial refund for the missing cutting blade, which was accepted. Refund never received. I will not do business with this seller again.
