The shipping on this item was more than the item purchased. I tried to cancel the order as soon as I saw what the shipping fee was, but was told the item had already shipped. I requested a return, only to find out that I have to pay 10.95 return postage. This is bad business and I hope you can help me return the item without paying for return postage. I am willing to keep the item if the shipping fee can be discounted Please advise before I contest the charges with my credit card company.

I do not set the shipping price. You also see the amount of the shipping when you go to purchase the item. The item wasn't sent out for 2 days, so you had time to contact and I would have happily cancelled your order. Yes, if you return an item and it is not because it is an issue on my part, then you are responsible for the return shipping.
