    Item arrived safe and sound well packaged. It was the exact item that was pictured and represented the cost which included Framing was fair, but I wished I had had the option to just buy the piece alone. I don’t necessarily like the frame and the way it was framed. I have to take it to a frame shop and have it done properly in addition, I plan on taking it to an appraiser friend of mine and having it authenticated. The seller handles good Art works at a reasonable price and I would recommend him

    Purse is lovely. Requested expedited delivery and offered to pay extra for it. Was told would be there by Friday did not need to expedite. Arrived 2 days later on Monday. First dissapointment I’ve had on EBAY. Will shop again but not with this seller. Purchased on Tuesday and arrived Monday. No excuse when I offered to pay extra. Said I was charged $15. Should have come before then

    Buyer asked to have item shipped next day, which I did. The approx delivery was by Friday at latest. It arrived Monday, which i explained immediately when she contacted me that i did as she requested. Show her photo of tracking! I also didnt charge her expedited shipping. Regardless of explaning this and showing her i did as she asked without a up charge, she posted bad feedback. Too bad, i cant control the post office!

    Tracking shows the shirt got lost in USPS mail room, never delivered. I waited a week after the delivery date and checked again, then contacted the vendor. Vendor IMMEDIATELY refunded money when notified and sent an apology note. I'm unhappy I didn't get the shirt, but Retro did a GREAT job in making it right. Maybe some day it will be found.
