As you can see from the photo there was a 5 inch rip in the seem. We have managed to fix it but would have rather not. Important to check before dispatch I’m sure you agree. Otherwise happy.

Hiya, am so very sorry! This was a genuine error & I have no idea how it has happened! I take on board what you mention about checking before sending but have always done my checks before listing, so will do 2 from now on. If you'd messaged me, I would have happily paid for postage back etc to sort out the repair instead of you having to fix it :-)
