They refunded my purchase with a small fee (for opening the unopened box -reasonable). What I hoped and more than what I expected.     Missing wires when it arrived. Seller said call garnin , it’s new. Garmin provided wires. Connected it and found it full of previous owners phones. Garmin also confirmed unit is not new. It’s a return. Cannot recommend seller.
