The key doesn’t fit the ignition. It does fit in the gas cap but it doesn’t unlock or lock the gas cap. Actually, I just went and tried it in the gas cap again and I don’t believe it’s going all the way in the gas cap as you can see in the photo.

Despite clearly indicating in the listing three times that the key is not compatible with the Metropolitan, the buyer still proceeded to purchase it for their 2014 Metropolitan.

The key copies I ordered for our 2003 Alfa See Ya motorhome arrived quickly, well packaged, and they work in my RV door better than my old, worn, original key! I was extremely pleased with everything, especially since finding a means to get this old key copied was seeming to be impossible. The total cost was reasonable for 2 keys, compared to my local locksmith shop that wanted me to find and supply the blanks for them to cut.

The keys that were delivered did not open the lock. I took them to a Locksmith where he had to file the valleys. 5 minutes of his time and they both worked.
That and slow shipping (USPS Ground) are the reasons for the neutral feedback.

When a freshly cut key doesn't work correctly, the wafers in your lock get worn out from your old key over time. Smoothing the cuts doesn't mean the keys are cut wrong. It ages the key a bit. If the keys cut wrong, the keys wouldn't work at all. Your locksmith should have told you this. You knew when ordering the shipping was USPS ground!
