Our company opened for business in 1957 as a manufacturer of trailer hitches and has grown to become an ISO 9001:2015 certified company. Rigid Hitch is a family-owned manufacturer and warehouse distributor of trailer hitches, towing accessories, trailer parts, and truck accessories. Our corporate headquarters and main warehouse are located in Burnsville, Minnesota. We supply products to many businesses throughout the country including auto parts stores, hitch installation & welding shops, auto dealers, rental stores, and directly to consumers.
We are constantly adding new products online to keep up with our customers’ towing needs. Super fast shipping , great costumer service really amazing, got item within like two days maybe three but when I looked at box there was a hole the size of the spring and box was extremely light . It fell out of box somewhere. Called company was told to get back on ebay and show pictures . Did that and same day the new spring went out and got it like two three days later.
