For a hard drive including windows 10, the price was an exceptional value. Before purchase I had two questions seller promptly answered. Communication with seller was great. After I put the new hdd in the laptop, I turned it on. As it cycled and booted within a few moments the windows 10 home screen came up. Everything was working and brand new again as described. Unfortunately the package was stolen in the mail, presumably by the mail carrier and I have an inspection going. I would suggest writing on the packages: No Gift Cards. I think it's why the package was stolen. I will be ordering another hard drive when I get the money.
