  Really good seller, I contacted them with some inquiries and they replied the next day. Bought the 25th of July, shipped the 5th of August and arrived the 12th (Japan - mainland Europe). The seller contacts you post purchase with additional shipping information and warns that it takes 10 business day for shipping. Package arrived safely but the original box got damaged, although I do not mind since the figure was perfectly fine. The figure is brand new, as described. 100% recommend!

  Item was well packaged and received in the U.S. very quickly after it was shipped. The seller messaged about their handling time and my only gripe is that they can take up to 10 business days to ship (which they did). The helmet looks great and was in new condition as described. The price was good. I didn’t have to pay any import fees.

  Shipping was expedient. Carefully packaged. Item as described, new in sealed original packaging. Figure and accessories are in mint condition. The figure was released exclusively in Japan in August of 2022 and Takara Tomy doesn’t do reissues with this Diaclone Reboot line, so I found their price to be of fair value.   A great product from a great seller. I will note I was told the item would ship 10 business days from purchase (which I did on April 23rd), and after 10 business days had passed, I reached out only to learn the product would ship the 13th of may. I don’t mind waiting, but it was not shipped when told it would initially. Solid product though, super happy to have it and the seller was at least responsive and packaged the item well. Would purchase from again!
