    Hat was very slow to be dispatched - despite the shop stating that it is in Australia the postal tracking was not activated for a week. When it arrived it was poorly packaged and had been flattened in delivery. The seller advised that I should try and reshape it using a hair dryer but this did not work. They were then very uncooperative about a return, even though the item was damaged. I will not buy things from this seller again.

    Exact replacement, good condition. Excellent seller communication and response favourably to enquiries, customer focused. Buyers needing the replacement urgently should be aware of the estimated delivery time. Tracking info isn't very helpful. However, I'm pretty satisfied with final outcome.
