The stator arrived in a ripped box with no padding and was dead on arrival, didn't work and was visibly cracked. I asked for a replacement and they told me "no, just return it" so I had to reorder. The second one came, arriving in the same poor condition w/ damage, and again CS didn't care when I sent pics and asked for a partial refund since this one was at least still useable. I was again told "no" and I still haven't been helped with this.
