We communicate very well, multiple times during the transaction and the return we promptly replied to messages and either had a delayed reply or no reply at all, we still haven’t had a reply from our last message to you.
We did attempt to send the refund through eBay but were restricted to only being able to refund the price of the laptops you returned.
The laptops you returned were tampered with and had missing parts, that is what made our decision not to pursue the shipping refund further.
