    Seller had no intention on entertaining "best offers", declined my first 2 offers very quickly without bothering to counter offer, my 3rd offer i was only $30 off from buy it now price and that offer they never even acknowledged they completely ignored it. I messaged expressing my interest in the part and my willingness to try to negotiate and seller didn't ever respond. Seller listed with "best offer" option to attract attention but didn't intend to negotiate. I ended up just paying full price.
