    ITEM WAS DELIVERED TO POST OFFICE, SCANNED IN AND GIVEN AWAY TO SOMEONE ELSE. A POSTAL WORKER PUT PARCEL BOX KEY IN THE WRONG MAIL SLOT. SOME LUCKY RECIPIENT WILL THINK IT'S CHRISTMAS. USPS WILL NOT HONOR A CLAIM AS IT WAS: "SCANNED IN". IT IS PATHETIC THAT THERE IS NO POLICY OR PROCEDURE IN PLACE FOR THIS TYPE OF EVENT. THE POSTAL WORKER HANDLED MY PACKAGE.
