  I contacted the seller as my order hadn’t arrived within the time slot advertised. It was apparently due to a Bank Holiday but didn’t help my dilemma as my Granddaughter didn’t have the cake in time for her birthday party! Safe to say I won’t recommend this seller, my granddaughter was very upset and when it did arrive it didn’t taste that pleasant either. 😢 a most disappointing transaction.

  The seller paid a wrong postage and I had to wait for it to be found. I also had to go to the post office myself and pay £1.50 to collect it. Obviously it’s not about the £1.50 but the fact the seller ignored me when I messaged them about it. I’d recommend buying from someone else if you can. Product itself was OK

  Item ordered on 10th Feb and it said to expect by 13th, with the birthday on the 16th I thought this would allow enough time to receive it. Not sure why the seller stated this when they post 2nd class!! The item was then shown as running late and did not arrive until 17th Feb, therefore missing the birthday. I have contacted the seller but they are pretty much saying it's my own fault as I should have changed the delivery setting to 1st class. Definitely won't order from this seller again.

  I ordered these on the 10th July and delivery was indicated as the 17th July. However, the item was only posted on the 17th of July second class delivery. To make matters worse, the seller hadn’t attached enough postage to the parcel so I had to pay Royal Mail an additional £1.50 prior to the item being delivered. All in all, this item is useless as the event I needed them for was held last weekend so they’ve arrived too late. Very poor service.

  hi there this is unfair feedback because when you bought this item i was on holiday and it would of said that when you bought it. with the postage im sorry but i did put enough money on it. that must of been a mistake on there side
