Fast shipping, item as described, and good customer service. Item (pair of used bookshelf speakers) was not packaged well probably because this type of product does not seem to be among the seller's usual products, and speakers need more padding than clothes and the like. This resulted in some mild damage but the Seller promptly paid me back for the needed replacement parts and made me whole so I'm giving 5 stars.
