Fairly responsive communication, though with some confusion as the item was dropshipped from Amazon (seller wasn't sure when it would actually arrive from Amazon so pre-empted a delay). The package was confusing as it was from Amazon, and included a "this is a gift" note - only when I compared tracking info was it apparent that the Amazon shipment was actually my eBay order.
