  This is my second purchase from royal saga and I will say my wife is in love with her bracelet, shipping was fast and when it got here the packaging was great they protected my merchandise securely the product is as described and its value is more than word can explain. Royal saga is the best when I shop for watches or jewelry at all I’m coming to them, thank you so much royal saga for yet another great experience buying from you I will be purchasing more very soon.

  Terrible experience with the seller. Very poor communication also the watch is completely different than the listing. Seller mentioned the watch had Smart technology, including sending me a video on how to remove the links. The watch sent to me is a one piece watch very poor quality, not being able to remove the bracelet or links. When I reached out to the seller they are being ignorant and going around this problem saying the bracelet is temporarily able to be removed. They’ll say anything !!!!
