These merchants are in India, and had every reason to believe the two oils they posted--- attar and bakhur---- would be availlable from their provider when they posted them. I did too. But the makers ran out by the time i paid for them. These merchants apologized and offered to apply my credit, for the 2 unavailable scents, to a new order with 5 more oils i was interested in. I m happy with their solution--- and i hope this additional feedback neutralizes any impressions i left.
