    Excellent communication, arrived when promised and great packaging. However, the lamps I have received are not the same as the ones advertised. They are from a different manufacturer. It remains to be seen if they are as good. I am surprised that an energy-efficient lamp only gets an F rating.

    Hi overall experience was great. The item came as described and shipping came earlier than expected. Only thing was a bit disappointing, I know it it’s coming from overseas and it’s pricey was the shipping but otherwise great experience and satisfied with this seller Thank you.

    The item is exactly as described and I had asked whether the item could be posted 1st class and I would cover the extra cost as this was for a birthday gift. The sender did so without charging me and a very lovely boy got the biggest smile on his face on his birthday! Thank you so so much!!!

    my fault thaught item was to be sent as it said free postage under photo but not the case collection only so had to cancel quickly they were very good and resolved the problem.they have some nice items just read carefully 100% customer service
