Communication with seller was good, at first It hought I'd have to wait for relpy to 1st question. Stress on my part, but questions were answered in good time.   When I received item, it was in a box that was not the set that I had purchased. Instead of opening the box, I contacted the seller and described this problem. Seller was very accommodating offered me a discount. I did wait to open the box and the ordered was correct but there was a missing piece, which was one of the reasons why I shipped back.

  (( Read before you buy, )) I have purchased this item from the seller claiming that it was brand new out of the box. It shows in pictures, but when I receive the item, it did not came in the box. It did not came with anything of the items in the description, but the flashlight and also does not work. Didn’t say in the description doesn’t work . I even charged it all the way and nothing.   The item arrived in excellent condition, but it turned out not to be "brand new, unopened box", which I think surprised both me, the buyer, and the vendor, too.   The quality, condition, value, and appearance seem to top notch. We had a small issue with the order but the seller did an exemplary job making it right within 48 hours. One small issue was the shipping box was twice the thickness of the board. It also contained no padding. Fortunately, the board came out of the now crushed box with no issues at all. Truly a testament of the superb craftsmanship of the board. Regardless of that minor issue, I would have no issues buying from this seller again.
