The calming koala I received was a cheap knock off .It doesn't do everything that it's suppose , and the battery pack was missing the cover. False advertising......postage was slow and although it was suppose to be sent from Sydney just an hour away, it took more than 3 weeks. ( I picked this item as it was described as being the real deal and it would arrive within days, I could of purchased elsewhere but was fooled by the seller)
